Honey Simple Syrup for Mocktails & Iced Tea

Honey Simple Syrup for Mocktails & Iced Tea

Honey syrup is simply honey thinned with water so it mixes easily into cold drinks. It is useful for iced tea, lemonade, sparkling water, and nonalcoholic cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Method

Stir together until completely smooth. Cool, transfer to a clean jar, and refrigerate.

Varietal Variations

  • Orange Blossom: excellent with citrus and sparkling water.
  • Wildflower: versatile for iced tea and lemonade.
  • Gallberry: fuller flavor for ginger, coffee, or spice-forward drinks.

Try It In

Iced botanical tea made with Quiet Time Tea or Vitality Balance Tea, sparkling water with lemon, or a spoonful in cold-brewed tea from our Teas, Tisanes & Aromatics collection.

Storage

Keep refrigerated in a clean sealed jar and use within 2 weeks. Discard if appearance, smell, or fermentation seems unusual.
