Shipping & Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

NutriBotanix currently ships to domestic U.S. addresses only using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available on orders of $99.95 or more.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside NutriBotanix's control.

Packages Marked Delivered

If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and any secure package areas before contacting us.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact NutriBotanix through our Contact page as soon as possible. We will review the available tracking information and, when appropriate, assist with initiating a carrier inquiry.

Carrier investigations may take time to complete. Any replacement or refund decision will be made after the available delivery information and circumstances have been reviewed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to NutriBotanix because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
