How to Make an Ashwagandha Evening Drink
Ashwagandha is a botanical with a long history in Ayurvedic traditions. Its earthy flavor works best when paired with warm milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and a little honey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk
- Ashwagandha powder: use the serving amount stated on the NutriBotanix product label
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Drop of vanilla, optional
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Method
Warm the milk gently. Whisk in the labeled serving of ashwagandha and cinnamon. Remove from heat and stir in honey and vanilla.
Taste Note
Ashwagandha can be earthy and slightly bitter. A modest amount of honey and spice softens the flavor without turning the drink into dessert.
Responsible Guidance
Traditional use is not the same as proven medical treatment. Follow the product label. People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or managing medical conditions should ask an appropriate healthcare professional whether ashwagandha is suitable for them.
