Daily Balance Honey
A small-batch botanical honey blend combining pure raw Florida wildflower honey with three Ayurvedic botanicals: moringa, ashwagandha, and shatavari. Inspired by traditional Rasayana formulations, this blend brings together the natural sweetness of honey with earthy, green, and subtly bitter herbal notes.
Botanical sources
Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a fast-growing tree native to South Asia, traditionally used across Ayurvedic and traditional African herbalism for its dense nutritional profile. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is one of the most prominent herbs in Ayurvedic medicine, classified as an adaptogen — a plant historically used to help the body maintain balance under varying conditions. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a climbing plant in the asparagus family, used extensively in Ayurvedic tradition and associated with Rasayana (rejuvenation) practices.
Flavor & texture
The honey base provides the dominant sweetness. The botanical blend adds grassy, slightly bitter, and earthy undertones. Moringa contributes a green, vegetal note; ashwagandha adds a mild bitterness; shatavari is the most neutral of the three. The combined flavor profile is distinctly herbal rather than purely sweet.
Culinary & traditional uses
Traditionally consumed by the spoonful or stirred into warm water, milk, or tea. A single teaspoon is the conventional serving. Well-suited for morning use. Avoid combining with very hot liquids, which can degrade heat-sensitive compounds naturally present in raw honey.

A note on raw honey
This product contains raw honey. Raw honey has not been pasteurized or micro-filtered and may contain naturally occurring pollen, propolis traces, and small air bubbles. Because raw honey may contain naturally occurring spores, it is not recommended for children under 12 months of age.
