How to enjoy

  • Stir 1–2 generous teaspoons into approximately 240–250 mL of warm milk, adjusting to taste.

How it is made

Fine creamed-honey seed is gently mixed into the honey, then the jars set under controlled cold conditions. This creates the seeded creamed texture. Our older whipped honey products use mechanical whipping instead.

Storage

Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Warmth can soften the creamed texture. Follow the storage instructions on the jar.
