Ingredients
- 1 cup milk or unsweetened plant milk

- 1 teaspoon food-grade rose water, optional
- Pinch cinnamon
Method
- Warm the milk gently over low heat.
- Whisk in shatavari and cardamom until dispersed.
- Continue warming for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and optional rose water.
- Allow to cool slightly before adding honey.
- Finish with a very light dusting of cinnamon.
