Chai Tea with Chai Creamed Honey
Chai Creamed Honey can do two jobs in one spoonful: sweeten tea and reinforce warm spice notes. This recipe works with black tea or a caffeine-free chai-style infusion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strong black tea, such as Masala Tea Leaves, or a chai-style herbal infusion
- 1/4 cup warm milk or non-dairy milk, optional
- 1–2 teaspoons Chai Creamed Honey
Method
Brew tea slightly stronger than usual. Add warm milk if desired. Stir in Chai Creamed Honey after brewing until fully dissolved.
Serving Variation
For iced chai, dissolve the creamed honey while the tea is still warm, then cool completely and pour over ice.
Why Creamed Honey Works Here
The spreadable texture is convenient by the spoonful, while the chai flavor makes it especially suited to tea, toast, oatmeal, and fruit.
