Botanical sources

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is a creeping herb native to wetlands across South and Southeast Asia, long used in Ayurvedic practice and associated with the support of cognitive function and memory. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a root classified as an adaptogen in Ayurvedic medicine, historically used to help the body maintain equilibrium under varying conditions. Shilajit is a naturally occurring resinous substance found in the high-altitude rock formations of the Himalayas, containing naturally occurring fulvic acid, humic acid, and trace minerals.

Flavor & texture

The honey base provides sweetness and smooth texture. Brahmi and ashwagandha contribute a mild, herbal bitterness. Shilajit adds an earthy, mineral depth. The overall flavor profile is noticeably herbal — complex and botanical rather than purely sweet.

Culinary & traditional uses

Traditionally consumed by the spoonful or stirred into warm water, milk, or herbal tea. A single teaspoon is the conventional serving. Avoid combining with very hot liquids, which can degrade heat-sensitive compounds naturally present in raw honey.
